An individual (non-student) registration is $50 ($75 after September 1st) and students are free. However, students must register in order to attend. NMSU faculty and staff (non-students) can register with a department index through this online form. You may not use a p-card. NMSU faculty or staff who prefer to pay by personal credit card or check should choose the "Individual Registration (non-student)" option in the drop-down menu.

To aid our planning, we ask you to select each session and luncheon you plan to attend. Lunch is included with registration.

On September 13, the program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m., with a reception to follow at the convention center. On September 14, the program will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 1:45 p.m.

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MONDAY, SEPT. 11 AT 5 P.M. After this time, a limited number of registrations will be accepted at the convention center (starting Wednesday), but lunch service will not be guaranteed.
